Welcome to Morgan Hill’s 2nd Downtown Wine Stroll!! This event is back, bigger and better!! We are thrilled to have you in downtown Morgan Hill visiting 18 of our participating businesses and sampling wines from local wineries.
This event is our opportunity to showcase in a unique way the diverse businesses, restaurants and services we have to offer here in downtown Morgan Hill. Sip a variety of delicious local wines in a variety of downtown locations. Make a night of it and stay downtown to enjoy dinner at one of our award winning restaurants. Be sure to inquire with each individual restaurant about reservations in advance.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE DOWNTOWN WINE STROLL
The Downtown Wine Stroll is a celebration of fine wines and it is operated under the laws and regulations established by the California State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) for festivals and events. We also are very concerned about your safety and well being and want everyone to have an enjoyable afternoon and safe return home.
We ask that you respect the following rules to help ensure you to have a terrific evening.
All of our visitors who are planning on sampling the wines must show proof of legal drinking age when picking up your wine glass the day of the event. You will need to present your photo identification on the day of the event in order to receive your glass. Each participant will be hand stamped by one of our volunteers and each participant must personally come to the wine glass table to do this. In other word, one person cannot pick up glasses for a group. The stamp is the proof of legal drinking age as well as your proof of payment of the participation fee.
When you arrive at the wine glass pick-up area we will redeem your ticket, you will show proof of identification, and you will receive your wine glass, hand stamp, a downtown/local winery map and your reusable tote. You will then be free to roam about the downtown enjoying your wine tasting within our businesses.
The Downtown Wine Stroll is a tasting event that is designed to allow you to sample a wide variety of different wines. The amount of wine that is poured as a sample tasting is controlled to a limit of one (1) ounce. Each winery is limited to pouring two (2) types of wine during the event. We are required under our ABC license that all tasting take place only inside participating locations. No alcoholic beverages are allowed outside the participating businesses or out on the public sidewalk. Streets will not be closed for this event so please use caution when walking downtown and when crossing the street.
