The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Morgan Hill Downtown Association. The purpose of the board of directors is to provide direction, vision and strong leadership to the Executive Director, staff and every stakeholder of the downtown.

Specific criteria has been established in order to serve on the MHDA Board of Directors. Aspects of this criteria include serving on at least one of the current committees and/or taking an active role in other aspects of the MHDA Scope of Work.  MHDA board members must be current members of the Morgan Hill Downtown Association (business owner, resident or property owner) or hold some kind of major stake in downtown Morgan Hill.  MHDA board members must be passionate about the heart of the city and attend monthly board meetings to provide input.
