The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Morgan Hill Downtown Association. Its job is to provide direction, vision and strong leadership to each and every stakeholder.

A specific criteria has been established in order to serve on the Board of Directors. The aspects of this policy include serving on at least one of the current committees and take an active role in the duties of that committee, must be a current member of the Morgan Hill Downtown Association, must be a merchant, resident, or hold some kind of stake in Downtown Morgan Hill, must be passionate about the heart of the city and/or must agree to attend monthly meetings and provide input.
